One-half cup stir fry veggies, one-half cup cooked shrimp, and your favorite stir fry sauce or marinade ... microwave and the perfect on-the-go lunch dish is ready.

1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Chicken Rice Mix
1/2 cup sliced yellow squash
1/2 cup fresh green beans, cut diagonally into ½ inch pieces
2 Tbsps herbed vinaigrette
1 (6 oz.) cooked diced chicken breast


Heat rice according to package directions. In a small microwave safe dish, combine squash and green beans. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir in rice and dressing. Top with chicken breast and microwave 1-2 more minutes, just until chicken is heated through.
