Country Chicken and Rice Soup

2 containers Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
1 cup (6 oz.) cooked diced chicken breast
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables


Heat rice according to package directions. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, broth and vegetables. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Stir in rice.

Tip: You can adjust the amount of ingredients based on your tastes. Save leftovers for lunch the next day!
