Classic Beef Stroganoff

A quick and easy dinner classic !!!

1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream


  • PREPARE rice according to package directions.
  • HEAT oil in medium skillet, over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook and stir 3 minutes. Add beef and brown; drain off excess fat. Add mushrooms, broth, Worcestershire sauce and soup.
  • BRING to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.
