Cheeseburger Rice

onion, chopped

water

ketchup

prepared yellow mustard

White Rice
, uncooked

Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
BROWN meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
ADD water, ketchup and mustard. Bring to boil.
STIR in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir. Makes 4 servings.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes and green onions just before serving. Serve with a mixed green salad for added color and texture.
