Creamy Tuna Rice

Simply prepared, simply delicious ... just bring water, milk to a boil, stir in cheese to melt.  Add in Minute rice, tuna and let stand for 5 minutes.

1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 can (12 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
2 Tbsps dried parsley flakes
6 oz pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed


  • Pour water and milk into medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  • Add tuna, rice and parsley; mix well. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in cheese product until melted.
