15 Minute Cheesy Rice with Ham and Broccoli

Makes 4 Servings


1 pkg (6 oz.) smoked ham, cut into strips
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup water
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
6 oz pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed


  • Mix ham, broccoli and water in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.
  • Add rice and cheese product; mix well. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 7 minutes.
  • Stir until cheese product is melted.
