Beef Teriyaki

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

1 Tbsp oil
1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
3 cups fresh stir fry vegetables (broccoli florets, mushrooms slices, pea pods)
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups Minute® White Rice, cooked

Directions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Add vegetables and sauce; mix well. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over hot rice.
  • Creative Leftovers: Reheat any leftover rice, beef and vegetables and wrap inside large, warmed flour tortillas for a delicious hot sandwich.
  • Substitute: Prepare as directed, using 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed.
