fresh stir fry vegetables (broccoli florets, mushrooms slices, pea pods)

teriyaki sauce

Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add vegetables and sauce; mix well. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Serve over hot rice.
Creative Leftovers:
Reheat any leftover rice, beef and vegetables and wrap inside large, warmed flour tortillas for a delicious hot sandwich.
Substitute:
Prepare as directed, using 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed.
