Herb Crusted Pork and Rice Skillet

4 boneless pork chops
2 tsps Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp oil
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2 cups frozen green beans
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked


  • COAT both sides of chops with Italian seasoning; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cover. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through (160°). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • ADD chicken broth, water and beans to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  • STIR in rice. Top with chops; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Substitute MINUTE Brown Rice for the white rice. Prepare as directed, decreasing water to 1/4 cup.
