Asian Pecan Shrimp and Rice Salad
Is it a salad, light lunch, or dinner recipe?? Just start with Minute Rice, cooked shrimp, toasted pecans ... and add green onions, teriyaki sauce ... chill for one hour, and you decide.

medium shrimp, cleaned, cooked
1
cup
pecan halves, toasted, chopped
1
cup
green onion, sliced
1/4
cup
teriyaki sauce
2
Tbsps
oil
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Mix rice, shrimp, pecans and onions in large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk teriyaki sauce and oil until well blended. Add to rice mixture; mix well. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
How to Toast Nuts
: Spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
