Country Dijon Shrimp Saute

1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 each minced garlic
3 Tbsps butter or margarine
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 Tbsps Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
2 cups Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice, prepared according to package directions


  • COOK and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
  • STIR in wine and mustard. Return to heat; cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over rice.
