Easy Kabobs

Makes 4 Servings


1 lb beef tenderloin or beef sirloin, cut into strips
3/4 cup Italian Dressing, divided
1 carrot, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, diced
1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread beef onto skewers. Place kabobs in a shallow dish and pour 1/2 cup dressing over meat. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine remaining 1/4 cup dressing, 3/4 cup water and carrot. Bring to a boil. Stir in green onion and rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Remove skewers from marinade; discard marinade. Grill to desired doneness. Serve kabobs over rice.
