Italian Beef Wraps

Lean beef, sautéed onions and peppers --- an Italian flavored wrap.

Makes 4 Servings


1/2 lb thin lean beef strips*
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
non-stick cooking spray
1 yellow onion, halved, sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 pkg Italian salad dressing and recipe mix
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
light sour cream (optional)


  • SEASON meat with pepper. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add meat; cook 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • ADD onions, bell peppers, salad dressing mix and water to skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add meat mixture; stir. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  • SPOON meat mixture evenly onto tortillas and top with sour cream, if desired; roll up.
  • * Purchase beef strips already cut up for stir-fry.
