Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

This recipe was previously featured on the Minute® Boil-in-Bag package.

1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 each minced garlic
1/2 lb frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
2 Tbsps light soy sauce


  • PREPARE rice according to package directions.
  • MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add shrimp and soy sauce; cook and stir an additional 2 minutes.
  • STIR in rice.
