Roast Pork and Apple Dinner

mushrooms, sliced

balsamic vinaigrette dressing

(14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth

cup
water

apples, sliced

tsp
dried thyme leaves
Directions
Spray large nonstick skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Add chops; cook on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Add onions, mushrooms and dressing; cook an additional 3 minutes.
Stir in rice, broth, water, apples and thyme. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
For variety, substitute Minute Brown Rice for the white rice. After heating through, cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
