Fragrant Beef Skillet

1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups water
2 Tbsps fresh rosemary, chopped or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
zest and juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
2 carrot, grated
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


  • Cook and stir meat in oil in large skillet on high heat 2 minutes or until browned.
  • Add water, rosemary, lemon peel and juice. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and carrots. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
