Easy Garbanzo Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients

1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Rice and Quinoa
1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1/4 cup carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp green onion, sliced
2 Tbsps lemon vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Heat medley according to package directions.  In a medium bowl combine medley, beans, carrot, bell pepper, green onion and vinaigrette. Toss to coat all ingredients.
