Heat rice according to package directions. In a medium bowl toss greens with about half the vinaigrette and place on a serving plate. Toss rice, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil and pepper with remaining vinaigrette. Place mixture on top of greens. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle balsamic reduction, if desired.
NOTE: Small bite-sized fresh mozzarella balls are also called ciliegine. You can substitute sliced or shredded mozzarella.
