Combine sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Ad eggs and blend thoroughly. Add milk gradually, stirring well. Add vanilla, Minute Rice, and raisins; mix well. Pour into 8x8x2-inch pan. Bake in pan of hot water in a moderate oven (350ºF.) 50 to 55 minutes, stirring after 20 to 30 minutes without stirring. Cut into squares and serve warm or chilled.
