3 Bean Lemon Pepper Salmon Red Cabbage Bowl


Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Lemon Pepper Pink Salmon
1/3 cup frozen green beans, thawed
1/4 cup cooked kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 red cabbage leaves


Heat rice according to package directions. Let cool to room temperature.  Toss together all ingredients and place on top of cabbage leaves.  To pack ahead and serve cold:  Assemble ingredients in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
